Super upset

So my husband is one that has always wanted sex and I not as much but pretty often. He would always complain because I wouldn't give it to him on a nightly basis. He has been sick the last couple of days and so he hasn't really been up to anything. So tonight, since he is feeling better, I mention to him that he has some catching up to do. He was all for it sitting in the living room but as we got into the bedroom and I got undressed , his mood completely changed. It's the polar opposite of the mood before the bedroom. I'm already super self conscious and he knows that. So being 4 months pregnant and naked in bed waiting for him and him to just crawl in bed and completely ignore me made it that much worse. Am I reading to far into this or are my feelings of him being unattracted to me real?
