TMI pic is this my plug??

So I felt like i had some discharge in my underwear earlier and I went to the bathroom,part of my panties were wet of something with no color/odor.I used a baby wipe to clean my lady parts and saw a bloody spot ..later on I went to the bathroom again n then saw this...we called the nurse line and they weren't concerned,they said it's probably old blood coming out now ????!!!!
