UTI's

I have a UTI, I've had one once before and they're not fun to say the least! Last time I went to the doctors and ended up taking antibiotics; I was wondering if they're are any natural ways to get rid of them and if any of them have worked for someone else? And if there something I can do for now to take the pain away?
