No breast milk

I gave birth to my sweet baby girl 3 days ago on Christmas, and I have literally nothing coming out of my boobs. Is anyone else experiencing this? Where is my milk? I am so upset and frustrated, I really want to breastfeed. While pregnant, my boobs constantly leaked fluid, and she's here now and I got nothing! I am doing skin to skin, trying to pump (but literally Not even one drop comes out), and drinking lots of water. I don't understand why this is happening. 😔💔
