Q- could I be pregnant ?!! Does plan b work ??

So I downloaded this app because my friend told me I could get some great advice from some of yalls experiences . I'm terribly scared . I took the plan b one step pill 34 hours after unprotected sex for my first time (stupid I know) but ever since I took the pill I've been experiencing a lot of side effects from the pill such as fatigue , dizziness , tender breasts , abdominal pain , and I'm so bloated ! I know that is normal but I've been having these side effects for 6 days already ! And I feel so weak today . I'm so afraid and there is no way in telling because my period is I inregular . Someone please help me out ! I seriously can't count on my mom or anyone to talk to about this stuff
