Pregnancy acne

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 6 weeks along today! I've been breaking out on my chin and forehead this past week and its making feel depressed and unattractive ): I have had acne on and off for most of my teenage and young adult life but it went away this last year and now its back. I think its from being prego. Does anyone have any advice on how to help get rid of this?
