I don't know much about it, as I was just a chunky little human being pushed out of her, but she said she felt cheated during labor. Her water broke, she went to the base, and 45 minutes later I was out. 45 minues total labor. I am her only child and when she was pregnant with me, everyone gave her all these "horror stories" of tearing, epsiotomies (spelling?), being in sever pain for hours, etc. We've all seen at least one movie...So she was crying and her best friend who was with her called the nurse. They thought something was wrong. She sniffled and said "I was cheated. Where was the pain? The screaming? The tearing? Why was she born so fast?" They tried not to laugh at her but momma said they could barely hold it in. Doctor came in and explained that because she was so healthy and been mentally and physically prepared for it, her body was ready and she was one of the best laboring moms for whom she had delivered a baby. My mommy rocks!
