Yellow mucus. Tmi alert.

Okay. So my boyfriend and I had some crazy fun last night. And when I woke up I was having cramps all morning at work. And have noticed my discharge hasn't been normal all day. Well I also noticed a lot of yellow mucus. I heard it could be my mucus plug. Has anyone else noticed this. What should I do or should I just see if it goes away tomorrow. I'm just worried it could also be an infection or something.
