He does or doesn't!?!?

I spoke to my partner about two weeks ago and told him that I want to come of contraceptive as my hormones etc are everywhere and said I'd be happy to have a baby now but I totally respect that he's not ready so I told him he'd have to wear condoms until he is ready. He is completely aware that I stopped taking the pill a fortnight ago I made a point of telling him quite a few times as I don't want him to feel as if I 'tricked' him if I did fall pregnant. But on numerous ocassionally since we have engaged in unprotected sex! I'm confused what he wants?!
