Massage during 2ww okay or not?

Question

I am only 5 dpo but don't want to do anything that may impede implantation but my shoulders are really tense and I really want a massage! I have read on stupid Google that there are certain trigger points that can induce labor or miscarriage...
Please comment if you are a licensed massage therapist, especially in prenatal massage!

I just got a massage by a woman who is licensed in prenatal massage. She said that there are certain trigger points, one is behind the ears and the other is from the big toe all along the side of the foot and up the Cavs so she just avoided those areas because they are supposed to cause contractions of the uterus which could cause miscarriage. Many places will refuse to do a massage on a woman during the first trimester of pregnancy for various reasons. One being that they do not massage person who is nauseous or vomiting and another reason is just liability, even though there has been nothing to show that a massage in the first trimester is detrimental. So basically, I would say that it is okay but just make sure that the person you go to knows those trigger points and / or is certified in prenatal massage.

I am not licensed so you might not pay attention but I was recently in the TWW and in a car accident. During this time had x-rays, chiropractic work and massages, all approved by my OB.

I'm a beauty therapist, I do massages pregnant  women or women who are trying all the time. They do say it isn't advised in your first trimester but there is nothing to prove that it can actually cause problems. If you are worried maybe have an Indian head massage. Where your seat, that covers the head, neck & shoulders. Just avoid your ears. (They are seen as a fetus) it should help with the strains in your shoulders. X
