Symptoms of going off pill? Please help!

and I've been experiencing mild cramping almost like period cramps but no period, lower back aches, tons of clear discharge, frequent urination, and fatigue. I know these sound like pregnancy symptoms, but the last time I had sex was 2 weeks and 3 days ago, and that was while I was experiencing breakthrough (not withdrawal) bleeding that lasted a day. Then, a week later I got brown discharge that actually lasted like 4 days.
