5 weeks 3 days??

Anybody else pregnant and around 5 weeks or so?? I have some symptoms that come and go and it scares me. Like some days, I will have just little pain in my back and in my abdominal area but it's nothing extreme. It's like it's there but barely. Like I can feel it. I feel tired all the time too. And I use the bathroom more frequently aswell. Don't really have nausea. Some nights I wake up around 4 or 5 am and kind of feel sick but it's not anything too bad. But is it normal for symptoms to come and go? I have to wait until next week for my ultra sound and since I don't have symptoms all the time, it scares me that something is wrong with the baby. It makes me so anxious. Btw, I no some girls just found out their pregnant when their 5 weeks. But I found out around when I was 3 almost 4. Also, I know every pregnancy is different but I just hope my baby is okay but I won't know anything until next week. The thought of miscarriage terrifies me too. This is my first pregnancy and I tried so long for this.
