Symptom Check

I've had major pain in and around my uterus ( it feels like my uterus just did 600 sit ups) lower back pain, headaches, and dizziness. This all went on for a month straight but stopped only when AF showed up... then it started again. Now I'm having a lot of watery discharge of a morning. In the afternoon it's thicker and white. No infections, STD, STI, or cysts. Has anyone else had anything similar?
