7DPO soonest test?

I'm 22, husband and I are ttc for #1. I'm 7 DPO. Mild cramping each day (not sure if this could be pregnancy symptoms or pms) I don't usually feel cramping until the first day of AF. Due for AF 1/12. Some tenderness in breasts. And I've been wanting to eat things that I don't normally like (i.e. Dark chocolate or anything with buffalo sauce) when would be the soonest to test? I don't want to test too early, but want to find out if we're getting the BFP as soon as possible. Thanks for help/advice. Baby dust to all
