Pain in hips and legs

Im just at 9 weeks and im having sharp pain in my hips and knees and some in my breasts which by the way are filling up and remind you im carrying twins and bleeding been to hospital twice and theyre saying i may miscarry one because the baby is stressed can that be possible??I have been super stressed over the holidays and now im on bedrest can i please get some advise..thanks💜💙😘God Bless
