Kicking the Coffee...?
I'll start by saying I have a very active 18 month old boy who keeps me on my toes constantly. I also just love coffee 😁☕️
I usually have a cup in the morning (a big mug, probably equivalent to 1 1/2 regular cups, maybe 12 oz) and the same amount in the afternoon. With my first pregnancy, I gave it up no problem. This time, I'm really struggling! It's partly the caffeine, partly the warmth and partly the ritual of it all.
I didn't have any yesterday, except a cup of decaf just to have something, and I had the worst headache ever! Anyone else going cold turkey??
