Dreaming it's twins?!

I am in my 7th week with first doctor appointment next week. I keep having dreams that I'm having twins! Twins don't run in my family although I do have a brother and sister who are twins. Is this my mind playing tricks or a possible sign of my body telling me something?

My nausea is through the roof and I'm always tired. Barely have an appetite but when I do, watch out! This is my first pregnancy and I don't have many people I can talk to. Any tips and advice is welcomed. Thank you!
