Am I out this cycle or?

I know I ovulated on the 30th of December but I'm not sure we caught it in time, we dtd a few days before & on the day after on the 31st. Today makes either 6 or 7dpo and my pregnancy test was negative. Af isn't due until around the 17th but symptoms have started and getting worse. My Nipples were the first to notice, they have been sore and tingeling im exausted, headaches have started, lower abdomen and back cramps. My nose went from fine to runny/stuffy and it feels as if my throat is getting sore. With a bfn I'm starting to believe it could be early af symptoms with a cold coming on :(
