Is it selfish?

I may be pregnant, (UK) in only 17 almost 18 and my boyfriend is 21. I do not agree with abortions and do not want to get rid of it. Whereas my boyfriend doesn't want to keep it. 
I know he is right when he says it is a strain on our relationship and we don't have our own house etc. But he's not the one who has to physically and mentally go through with it

If you're hesitant, don't do it. It's not his body, and you have the right to make that decision.

That's not only his kid it's yours too so what if he don't want it if u want it keep it it's ur baby too make yourself happy

You have to consider how much a baby will affect your life because it's going to affect your life the most! In this situation, you are allowed to be selfish and to think about the changes that will happen. Only you can decide what is best for you and don't let anyone have a bad influence on your decision!

I'm exactly the same age group I turn 18 in April, so I can sorta put myself in your position.. 
When it comes down to practicalities your man is probably right, you'd have to put your life on hold and ask yourself can you afford to house, feed, and care for a child right now? Probably not.
But that being said if in your heart you know you have to go through with it there are options available and it doesn't have to be "life ruining" as some people say. It's not selfish. The facts of the matter are..
a) it's your body 
And b) it's your choice. 
If he wanted a day in the matter then maybe he should've planned ahead..(?)
Whatever the outcome no one can judge it's not their place in sure you'll be a great mum.. Whether that's now or ten years from now, as long as you are happy in your decision that's all that matters I'm sure you will love your baby and your baby will certainly love you! 
I hope you figure it out, because in the end it's your decision and nothing anybody on here says will change what you know in your heart X
