OPKs are stupid 😒

✨Sarah✨ • I`m 29, married for 6 years (together for 11!) and TTC #2. We have a gorgeous 5 year old girl who is starting kindy soon
Last month I used an OPK for the first time ever on CD 12, and it showed an LH surge (wooooo). This month I started in CD9 (yesterday), no surge... Then again today, no surge... But now I'm doing my head in cos I can't decide if the test line is the same or lighter than yesterday's test line and I'm worried it might be an anovulatory month even though I know I'm being silly cos my LH surge isn't due for 2 more days and there are other reasons it could appear lighter (eg, maybe my pee was more diluted today? I also tested earlier today than yesterday). I'm now regretting that I saw a BBT thermometer the other day when I was shopping in the city and I didn't buy it... Can't get them in the town where I live. Sorry I'm just ranting really lol. I'm not using the digital OPKs just the ones where the test line has to be equal to or darker than the control line.
