For those who feel crappy about gaining weight too quickly!

So, I've been feeling a little crappy about some extra weight gain :(
At my 15 week appt. my midwife suggested I gain no more weight until my 20 week appt (and that over Christmas! Talk about mission impossible lol). 
Well I failed, 20 weeks now and still 5 lbs over the expected range, have gained 3-4 pounds in the last 5 weeks. 
I eat well, exercise daily, and I think I look ok!  I mean, I definitely have some "extra padding", but I'm am pregnant! I know that should be all that matters, but sometimes it's just hard, some will understand what I mean, some will not (that's ok).
I found 2 articles that actually made me feel better, so I wanted to share them with you! If you've been feeling crappy, I hope these help! :)
