Should I go to the doctor?

My period doesn't start for another 2 weeks and I'm having some really bad cramps. If I get up or even move I get sharp stabbing pains on the left and right in my pelvic area.. Last time that's happened my gynecologist told they were cysts but I don't know if that's it again.. Please help!
