Texas Child Support

I live in Texas so does my mom. Long story short my mom was not the best mom for many reasons(drugs,neglect, etc). She kicked me out starting at age 12 anytime I would start problems for her(we would fight physically when she was high on meth so she would kick me out and send me to my dads or his moms and eventually just said get out idc where you go) she did not support me financially or herself she relied on the government, her parents or my stepdad at the time. She fraudulently claimed me on her taxes and stole from me throughout the years and did a lot of messed up stuff. Ok I say all that because of what's happening now. My dad began finally paying back child support when I was 21 years old at the time my mom let me have it about age 23 she took her card back and told me fuck off basically. I have been thru hell because of my own choices and the extreme lack of support from anyone in my family especially her...I struggle day to day still with my husband for us to get ahead. The child support from my father would help tremendously in this area but obviously I don't get it she does. And she has a paid off house, ssdi and a part time job and now a new car she pays the note on with this child support. The same woman who didn't have enough money to buy her only grandchild a birthday gift or card. She feels this is her money and she doesn't owe me anything. Is she wrong or am I for feeling this should go to me??? Also is there any way I can help my dad get this dropped since I will never see a dime and it's hurting him financially? He helps when he can and he wasn't the best dad either but not near as awful as her. Opinions and advice? If she was one of those moms that actually took care of her kids and did what she should do with it I would say she deserves it, but she is the opposite.
