Honest opinions needed

My dad passed away on new years eve. His name was Manuel Santonio B. I have decided that when we finally do become pregnant I want to honor my dad with his middle name Santonio as my child's middle name. If it's a girl I want her middle name to be Santonia. My husband's reaction was, " what kind of middle name is that?".....and said it sounds stupid and made up. Does Santonia really Sound that bad? Do I just not think so because of the emotional connection I have to it. I think santonia has a nice ring to it ( for a middle name).
