Need help deciding any day care teachers?

Hi my manager has made me an offer for me to move me as a permanent teacher. As a permanent teacher i get paid sick hours,vacations and have all the rights as the other permanent teachers but if i accept i can't step back saying i don't want to do it anymore. With that i have my hours that im supposed to work. As a substitute which is what i am now, i just work half hours And just let them know when im available. I do want more hours and the thing is my college counselor wants me to be a full student now so i can finish faster since i would only take one class a semester because i wouldn't make enough money. But if i do accept permanent teacher i would have to do late classes as 6pm to 8 or 9pm. What are your opinions?
