Sex with an IUD?

I just got the Skyla IUD... My dr. Said that because I had it inserted within the first 5 days of my period, it is effective right away. I had cramps the day I got it and a few the next morning. By the next night I was right back on the horse. I have not been on birth control in years (just condoms) and I had 2 huge folicals in my ovary on my ultrasound after placement. I have now had unprotected sex with my husband at least 7 times since implantation. Any concerns?
