Anyone have this?

Hi I'm 23 + 1 weeks pregnant and I had my checkup today where they went over the results of the 20+ 1 sonogram. Everything looked great development wise, baby's heartbeat was normal, etc. However, the pressure/ blood flow in the umbilical cord was slightly higher than normal. The doctor didn't seem too concerned because it's mild at this time. They are keeping me on baby aspirin and having me go for another ultrasound in 2-3 weeks. Since I can't find much info on it, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what your process and outcomes were. Thanks!
