Is there anything I can take for a head cold?? Pregnant

Been feeling really crappy the last few days. Is there anything I could take while pregnant to help ?? 😞😷

If you are in the first trimester, I'd stay away from Sudafed! I will actually stay away from it my whole pregnancy. It isn't proven to be safe in pregnancy. I was told by my OB to only take Benadryl and use a saline rinse. Those helped me tremendously.

My dr told me only to take Tylenol if needed and benedryl. I would take benedryl at night and it helped.
