Calorie counter for toddler?

Question

Anyone know if any app that will accurately count calories for toddlers. I want to keep track of my 21 month olds food intake but all the apps I've found on food tracking won't allow me to put in his correct night and weight and birthday because he's young. Right now I'm using '" my fitness pal to count the calories of the food he's eating but I was wondering if anyone knew of a more suitable app for kids ...  Any suggestions ??

Ps. I am keeping track because he's a picky eater has been since he was 15 months old and his doctor suggested keeping track to make sure his diet isn't the cause of his toe nails peeling( started a month ago)  I was hoping to find an app that can easily track his diet  instead of having to use pen and paper because it is time consuming :(

May I ask why you are counting calories for your toddler?

I don't know of one specifically for toddlers but I would think any would work for your purpose of tracking. You're just want a log right? The only other thing would be a food journal and write it by hand. We had to do this with my son due to allergies. My son doesn't like meat much either. He loves corndogs. Not the healthiest option but I give him tomatoes, cucumbers and strawberries with it. He also likes ravioli. I get Annie's organic brand. His meat needs to be plain, he won't eat casseroles or pasta. Loves rice and couscous though.

I always used "MyPlate" but I'm not sure how toddler friendly it is. It was an awesome counter though. Worth a try to see if it works.
