Depo question

Hey guys- I was on depo for 6 years. I stopped getting it in June when we got married. I took the pill for two months (hoping it would help regulate) well it did. In August I stopped taking it and my period started immediately. My period have been pretty regular always within 2 days or so of each month & I've been ovulating. I did get pregnant in nov, but miscarried at 5 weeks. Is this because of depo? Also is the sign I'm having normal cycles and ovulating mean it's out of my system? It's been 7 months now since I stopped taking it.
