Our Last Pregnancy , Baby #4??

We have 2 boys of our own, I have 1 girl from my previous relationship and my husband has 2 girls from his previous relationship... ( but we only see them once a month :( ......) But we both want a baby girl toghether, but I'm scared of having another baby, because this last pregnancy was very hard, I had gestational diabetes, anxiety and anemia and this last pregnancy was harder than me previous 2 ... Anyone with a similar situation ??
