Fertility

I have been with my boyfriend for 7 years now, we were together for a year and a half and we found out we were pregnant, I was over the moon! Unfortunately we suffered from an early miscarriage :( ever since then I have struggled to conceive.. I went to the Drs briefly last year and had blood test and everything came back normal. My other half also has a child from a previous relationship. Has any one else suffered like this? Any suggestions I'm craving to start a family and everywhere I go my friends & family have their own families :( Help!
