Labour at 25 weeks!!!!

After 2 miscarriages i finally made it past the 12 week mark with my rainbow baby. But two days ago my waters broke and now im 5cm dilated and the docs can she my lil ones hair as shes lying real low. The hospital I am at cannot cope with babies born before 28 weeks and the hospitals that can say they cant take me because they are worried i will birth in the ambulance. Im so scared right now anyone had a baby this early or know anyone who has and has a healthy child????
