Super upset

My girlfriend of 11 months said she wants to take a break earlier today. She said she's going to consider herself not taken during this time and we should talk to other people. I'm so upset. I'm so hurt. I don't even know what to do with myself. I don't have any friends. At all. I go to school down the street from her house. She's been my everything for 11 months. I gave her everything. And now I'm lost. And if we get back together things might not be the same. She said she had to go and that she'll text me when she figures things out. That may be never. My head hurts from crying. And yes I'm a girl and yes I'm super emotional. I've always been a worrier and I cry a lot and now it's way worse. I'm just not okay.
