Advice please

Af is due 1/15. I don't feel pregnant like I did with my MC- so I think I'm out this month. My husband has been cleared and I have had all of my test come back normal. I do not have the right cm but I've been using preseed. I've been taking my temperature, taking opk, and not doing anything harmful. What else can I do to help me? I've been trying for almost 2.5 years with one miscarriage.
