Ovulation Cramps?

I think I have them, but I'm not sure. I've been having this naggy feeling in the bottom left side of my abdomen. I am in my fertile window and am supposed to ovulate tomorrow (01/13/16). Took an OPT last night and it was negative. Gonna take one later today. ANYWAY, have you ladies ever gotten them? What do they feel like? Def not as bad as period cramps.

I have them on my right side and it sometimes reaches only the right side of my lower back.

Pretty sure I had them today, mine are not really on one side or the other it feels like AF! I have been getting random twinges on the left but it doesn't hurt at all. I almost had to go lay down while I was at the gym because they were pretty moderate-severe cramps. Hopefully it's a sign my uterus is angry and wants a baby in it!!! 😂
I've been doing the cheapy OPK and no surge yet though :-/

Mine feel the same as period cramps

Mine usually feel like a pinch over one of my ovaries. And I'll have them on and off throughout my entire fertile week.
