Bleeding at 9 weeks

So I'm 9 weeks exactly today with my second. After my first bm in a week or so last night I wiped and noticed a little brown blood from my vaginas. It hasn't stopped since then and is actually gotten heavier and is almost black with some pink and a couple of tiny clots. I called the doctor and they said to just come in for my already scheduled appointment tomorrow unless I start hurting or it is really heavy but at this point I am scared. I'm not hurting other than menstrual cramps. Basically I just would like to hear somebody's story about bleeding and being fine because I am terrified.
