Almost 16 weeks and I don't feel pregnant, is that normal?

This is my first pregnancy, and I didn't have any symptoms whatsoever. I just feel hungry and tired... My belly is definitely growing but I still can't feel her. Sometimes I feel she is not here anymore. 😔

I didn't feel pregnant till 20 weeks when he start moving , I was worried now I'm like is he every gone too be still in there lol
