Period like cramps at 8 weeks

Imaan • Married to my best friend... Soon to be mummy... Soon to be daddy (yes I involve him as much as possible), South African.. Living in Johannesburg.

Is it normal to have period like cramps in my lower back at 8 weeks.???

Im a little concerned. I mean I'm nauseous and my tummy is regular but I'm also exhausted and hyper emotional.

Anyone ever experienced this or is it really just me.
