Should I end my 3 year relationship

For the past year, I've been unhappy. Our sex life is poor. He only ever wants a blowy and then to finish inside me. I feel used all the time. I would like some attention at least. He used to always buy me gifts and tell me how wonderful I was and how happy I made him. Now we just get home hardly speak and go bed. If he wants sex the only indication I get is him putting my hand on his crotch. So romantic!! I've tried spicing it up but, I always get turned down. He's too tired or his aching from the gym. No I feel scared to come on to him as I'm afraid of rejection.
