Can a newborn sleep in a pack and play?

A pack n play bassinet combo next to my bed.

Both of my daughters did until they were three months and then they moved into their own room with the crib. This next baby will be the same way. It's just easier having the pack and play right next to my bed since I breastfeed on demand. :) you don't need anything extra in there either. Just a blanket or I kept my girls in sleep wraps.

I put my first born on a pack n play for his first few months.. I had someone hand me down one of those rocking bassinets the old school one and it actually fell apart like weeks before he was born (yea, psshh, I kno.... He did just fine in that top part of the pack n play, until we bought him a new crib..

We are doing the Graco Nimble Nook!! I loved the incline on the Fisher Price but my babies usually do the pack and play for 3-4 months and they start getting wiggly. So this seemed the better option. Plus it has a few more features. It has rollers, The bassinet top can come out and go on the bed or sofa and it virbrates as well! I like those features over just the incline me personally!

Of course! I have the same combo pack n play from my first that I have used with each baby. Makes night feeding and changing much easier.

Yes, that's what we did with my first. We had the bassinet attachment over the top that flips over into a changing pad. This time we might get an actual bassinet just because the layout of our master bedroom is smaller next to the bed, but that depends on if we feel like spending the extra money.

I did it! It's safe. We keep the bottom board up top. I often use a swaddle or sleeper for them to sleep with.
