Can you have more then 3 c sections?

I'm open to having a fourth to hopefully get a girl. But not sure if it's safe with scar tissue.

Yup! My mom and SIL both have had 5! Every circumstance is different someone may not be able to but as long as they go well and heal well you shouldn't worry about it. This will be my 3rd c section.

I think it probably depends on your doctor and if you're high risk or not. My sister in law was high risk for all of her pregnancies because of a blood disorder she had to have c-sections with all 3 of her kids and they told her she couldn't have more than 3.

Im on my fourth csection. My doctor told me that if i want another we will truly have to consider tying my tubes after 5. When i was pregnant with my last a woman sitting with her daughter told she had six between 1970 and 1986. So i figure with modern medicine and technology which is so much advanced since that time period we are good.

This will be my 3rd csection and my doctor told me that this is my last because of that.  My OB on the other hand said that decision can't be made until after my third to see how everything heals.
