2nd Time around you'll swear it was my first

I am happy to say that I am pregnant again!! After struggling for 2 years we decided to do iui after that didn't work because of my PCOS we then moved on to ivf. I was happy to have 24 mature eggs and since a lot were grade A my doctor decided on putting in one. Well that one became my amazing son. Now 2 years later here we are again, but this time around I am feeling different. I had an awesome pregnancy with my son, I was never nauseous, didn't gain a ton of weight, I felt great and looked radiant. This little one has my breast tender, nauseous often, lack of an appetite, and cramping. So does this mean I'm having a girl?!?
