Severe cramps after sex??

AF is 4 days late and my hpt's are negative and my fiancé and I just had sex and I literally feel like I'm dying. I don't have fibroids or cysts. (Google is freaking me out!!) Thoughts?

I sometimes get really bad cramps after sex too but have no cysts or endo or anything. I once read that it could be that he was hitting your uterus and that could cause some cramping for a while.
