Severe shoulder pain!!!!!

4 nights ago I woke up in severe pain in my shoulder and neck! It's been getting worse and worse everyday and extremely painful at night! I went to the Dr and she said its bursitis, and since I'm pregnant there is really no medication I can take to ease the pain!!! I haven't slept in 4 days and I can't even move my arm anymore! I've been heating and icing it all day and nothing is helping. Anyone else ever gone through this?!! Any advice would be helpful!!! Idk how much longer I can take this!!!!
