Af due on the 13- still BFN

Last night I had the worse frontal cramps ever (no back pain), I have NEVER felt anything like this before (even labor pains didnt feel like this). I woke up my husband cause I was afraid that a ER visit might be necessary. Luckily they went away after a few hrs, today im sore everywhere. I still have stomach discomfort and very mild cramps here and there. No AF or sign of any bleeding. My cervix is semi closed and high. I am making an appointment on Monday to see my dr. I have no idea why AF hasnt come, I keep getting BFN.

Has anyone ever felt like this or had this?
