Hi everyone! This is my first pregnancy and am due May 4th,2016.
I am starting to worry about everything! From being a good mom to puberty to the world sometimes seeming like an awful place right now. I know I've heard this is normal, any recommendations on what you all do to relax yourself and quiet your mind? I'm finally getting back into working out tomorrow so hopefully that helps! And congratulations to all the expecting mothers out there!
