Heating pad
What do you ladies know about using a heating pad in early pregnancy? I just tested positive this weekend but am having cramping and back pain- implantation most likely. I've read not to do anything to raise your core body temperature for risk of miscarriage. Have you heard the same? What works to help then? This is usually my go-to. Guess I'll try just Tylenol?
