Pregnant and constipated what to do for relief?

So I been dealing with constipation for 4 days now. Stool softners are not doing the job. Is it safe to use enema  ?

I went about a week. It got so bad I couldn't move the pain was so unbearable. My mom helped with some lower back massaging and stretching.
