My doctor said it's fine..just stay to away from green tea and if drinking tea with caffiene watch the caffiene intake.

I heard tea is bad but I love hot tea so much but I've drunk some tea and I just don't drink a lot I did fro the first time when I was 4mos I think that sugar put weight to my baby not sure but I drink Lipton tea haven't had none it a while tho
